If you seek a dynamic work environment focused on innovation and growth, this is the right place for you! **This position is not related to IT or software development; it is specifically for call center training.** **Responsibilities:** * Deliver and plan training programs (technical, behavioral, and leadership training); * Onboard new employees and managers; * Present onboarding sessions and dashboards; * Ensure the structuring and effectiveness of performance evaluation processes. * Support the dissemination and sustainability of organizational culture, promoting initiatives that reinforce company values and purpose. * Develop actions that strengthen internal communication and foster connection between employees and the organization. * Encourage implementation of policies focused on diversity and inclusion; * Support the department manager in training-related tasks. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Power BI knowledge; * Experience in training and talent development; * Experience in conflict resolution; * Experience facilitating group dynamics.
