We are seeking a Software Quality Analyst to ensure the quality of a management system tailored for **self-managed health insurance operators**. The professional will be responsible for validating critical functionalities, ensuring system stability, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes. Our system is used to manage beneficiaries, authorizations, billing, audits, and other essential supplementary healthcare processes. This opportunity is for our **Maringá** unit (the best city to live in the country). **But if you live anywhere in this vast world**, feel free to submit your resume — after all, our technology knows no borders! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support planning and defining test strategies for low-complexity software projects, including requirement analysis, identification of relevant test scenarios, definition of acceptance criteria, and creation of detailed test plans. * Design and execute detailed test cases, identifying test scenarios, input data, and expected output criteria to verify correct software functionality. * Perform functional testing to verify whether the software meets specified requirements. * Conduct non-functional testing to assess performance, security, usability, and other software features. * Identify and document any defects found during test execution, including detailed problem descriptions, evidence capture, priority assignment, and collaboration with the development team to resolve defects. * Work closely with developers and business analysts using **agile methodologies** Perform regression testing as the software is updated or modified, ensuring changes do not introduce new defects or negatively impact existing functionality. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Experience in **software testing** (functional, regression, exploratory) * Knowledge of **test management tools** (TestLink) * Familiarity with **SQL databases** for data validation * Critical analytical ability and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation **Preferred:** * Experience with **test automation** (e.g., TestComplete, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) * Knowledge of **PL/SQL** for business rule validation * Experience with **management systems for health insurance operators** * Knowledge of **CI/CD** and integration of automated tests into pipelines * Familiarity with **Delphi** or **VBA** for legacy system testing **Additional Information*** Meal/Voucher allowance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Dental plan * Birthday day off * Transportation voucher * Corporate University: IPED / Allura: Free corporate education platform; * Certification Incentive: Additional compensation per certification, according to current policy (available after 3 months of employment) * Education Assistance: Reimbursement of up to 50% for postgraduate or MBA programs (available after 3 months of employment) * Wedding Assistance (available after 1 year); * Childcare Assistance (amounts adjusted annually for children up to 60 months); * Maternity/Paternity Bonus: Hospital discharge kit for newborns; * TotalPass For 28 years, in Blumenau – Santa Catarina, a dream was born: transforming the technology sector through software that simplifies daily management for thousands of companies.
