Seize opportunities along your journey and grow alongside us! **Team Play**: When we exchange ideas and solutions, there are no limits to where we can go! **Flexibility**: We adapt, have fun, and always find the best path—everything within a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your Role on the BP Team as*** ***IT Cost Management Coordinator******?*** * Structure and standardize IT procurement processes, ensuring predictability, traceability, and governance; * Lead quotations, requests for proposals (RFPs), and contract renewals; * Manage suppliers, monitoring deadlines, SLAs, compliance, and service quality; * Collaborate with IT and Data teams to translate business needs into clear technical scopes; * Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and LGPD regulations; * Develop reports, dashboards, and procurement, budgeting, and cost governance KPIs; * Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and efficiency improvements in procurement processes; * Support managers and technical teams in feasibility analysis, cost evaluation, and contracting alternatives; * Implement comprehensive governance across the IT procurement lifecycle; * Reduce acquisition timelines and improve traceability across procurement stages; * Ensure contractual compliance, budgetary adherence, and cost predictability; * Develop successors and strengthen integration among Procurement, IT, and Data teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What Do You Need to Join Us?*** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in technology procurement and contracting (Infrastructure, Software, Data, and Cloud); * Solid knowledge of quotation processes, RFPs, renegotiations, contracts, and IT compliance; * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with ability to build KPIs, dashboards, and cost analyses; * Experience in supplier analysis and management, SLAs, and contractual performance; * Ability to technically review proposals (IT specifications, SLAs, and technical scopes); * Experience in budget control, cost forecasting, and financial analysis of contracts; * Basic knowledge of LGPD, data governance, and software licensing models; * Analytical, organized, negotiation-skilled, and strategically minded profile; * Ability to collaborate with technical teams (IT, Data, Security, Infrastructure) and business units. **Additional Information** ***Work Schedule:*** * 8h12 daily; Monday to Friday, from 08:12 AM to 6:00 PM. * ***Work Model/Location:*** Hybrid \| Downtown \- Curitiba / PR ***Our Benefits:*** Fixed Salary; Performance Bonus; Meal Voucher of $31.00 per workday; Transportation Voucher; Career Development Plan; Multi-benefit Card; Life Insurance; SESC Membership; University Partnerships; Corporate University; A relaxing day off—"*Day Off*" on your birthday; "Just dress no code"—be yourself! ***For Your Health:*** Dental Plan; Gympass/Wellhub; Psychological Support; On-site medical assistance available at our offices if needed. **\#JoinBP** Hi!
