Join our internship team! **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support process engineering activities during serial production and/or product launch phases; * Participate in continuous improvement projects, automated process analysis, and interface with cross-functional areas. * Support Body Shop process engineering (spot welding, MIG/MAG welding, structural bonding, and assembly); * Assist in process capability analysis, cycle time evaluation, and line balancing; * Support preparation and updating of technical documentation (Process Flow, PFMEA, Work Instructions, Layouts); * Monitor process changes, try-outs, and implementation of improvements; * Collect, analyze, and report industrial performance indicators (Quality, OEE, Scrap, Rework); * Support interface between Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and suppliers; * Support activities related to global standards, internal audits, and compliance with corporate norms. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in Mechanical, Production, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related Engineering programs; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency, especially Excel; * Interest in industrial environments and automotive manufacturing processes. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Basic knowledge of Body Shop / BIW processes; * Familiarity with resistance welding, fixtures, industrial robots, and automated cells; * Knowledge of AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar software; * Basic/intermediate technical English for reading global standards and documents; Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma concepts. * Renault values diversity and inclusion and prioritizes hiring persons with disabilities (PcD) and women.
