Opportunity for a recently graduated or junior Civil Engineer. **URBIA CATARATAS S/A**, the concessionaire responsible for managing tourism operations at Iguaçu National Park—which hosts the Iguaçu Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World in Foz do Iguaçu/PR—is seeking an **ENGINEERING ANALYST** to join our **ENGINEERING** team. All our positions are affirmative—we believe in each individual's potential and foster an environment where everyone can grow and contribute. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Organize, attend meetings, record requirements, and plan interfaces related to the supply chain and procurement and acquisition processes; * Review projects, analyze and quantify projects, proposals, and supply chain processes; * Assist in monitoring budgets and reports from construction companies and technical service providers; * Analyze measurements and documentation of service contracts, material supply contracts, and indirect labor contracts; * Analyze documents, unit cost compositions, quantity take-offs, and other materials related to procurement processes; * Prepare control, monitoring, and performance indicator reports; * Compile concise data presentations for processes under your responsibility; * Prepare technical reports following the concessionaire's template; * Organize internal files and documents per system requirements and regulations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering** (recently graduated or junior level); * Proficiency in the **MS Office suite**; * Familiarity with **CAD software**; * **Adaptability** to new environments and challenges; * Ability to learn quickly; * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills; * Discipline and organization in task execution; * Good communication and sociability. **BENEFITS:** * Meals provided at the workplace; * Funeral assistance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher; * Employee recognition program; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Complimentary access and employee discounts; * Life insurance.
