Join our team! #TogetherWeAre+via **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for relocating occupations interfering with construction works in coordination with concessionaires, covering the entire process from project analysis through request submission and final implementation, ensuring construction proceeds without interference-related impacts. Collaborate closely with other teams and departments to ensure effective integration and coordination of interference-related activities, aiming to minimize impacts and meet construction deadlines. Prepare documentation for regulatory agency compliance and contribute to continuous improvement of area processes and practices by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain organized and detailed records of all interference-related activities, ensuring information availability for management and accountability purposes whenever required. *Interferences* Analyze, contact, and monitor relocation of interferences along construction sections in coordination with companies occupying the right-of-way. *Contractual Reports* Prepare contractual reports and accountability statements for filing with ANTT. *Right-of-Way Inspections* Conduct highway inspections to identify potential interferences with construction works. *File Control* Maintain organized files to facilitate consultation and support potential audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Experience in interference-related processes. Knowledge of technical standards and regulations governing highway infrastructure. Experience in highway infrastructure projects is desirable. Experience in highway concessions and dealings with ANTT is desirable. This section includes the North and South bypasses of Curitiba, interconnections among municipalities in the Curitiba Metropolitan Region, and the route between the state capital and Guarapuava in central-southern Paraná, among other road segments. Over the next 30 years of the concession agreement, the company commits to investing BRL 7.9 billion in expansion and modernization projects across the network, plus allocating another BRL 5.2 billion for operations. These investments cover a range of improvements, including mechanical medical services, truck driver rest stops, weighing systems and scales, among others. Via Araucária is committed to generating local employment and regional development.
