Collaboration in requirements analysis and technical solution proposal **ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY** A technology company headquartered in Maringá/PR, specializing in ERP system development for technical and specialized retail sectors—including electrical materials, lighting, flooring, cladding, metals, premium furniture, and distributors. We seek a Delphi Programmer to work on system development and maintenance, with emphasis on crafting SQL queries against PostgreSQL databases, data modeling, and technical development documentation. **JOB DETAILS** **Level:** Analyst **Positions Available:** 1 **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Location:** Maringá/PR (on-site) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute break **Travel Required:** No **Education Requirement:** Completed undergraduate degree in IT or related field **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and maintain system functionalities using Delphi; * Build SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation in PostgreSQL databases; * Perform data modeling to ensure structural integrity and performance; * Document development activities, maintaining organized and up-to-date technical records; * Collaborate with the product team in requirements analysis and technical solution proposal. **REQUIREMENTS** * Solid Delphi expertise for system development and maintenance; * Proficiency in SQL for building complex queries; * Experience with PostgreSQL databases; * Knowledge of UML and data modeling practices; * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience with ERP systems; * Experience working in high-volume data environments; * Familiarity with source code versioning (Git) and code review practices. **BEHAVIORAL PROFILE** * Attention to detail and technical rigor in code delivery; * Logical reasoning ability and capacity to structure solutions; * Strong communication skills for alignment with the product and support teams; * Collaborative attitude and willingness to share knowledge. **WHAT WE OFFER** * CLT employment contract; * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Access to the Wellhub platform (Gympass); Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
