### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a Data Analyst \- T\&D to provide technical and operational support for our learning platform, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience. This role combines attention to content, focus on usability, and data expertise, making it essential for keeping the Training \& Development function organized, up-to-date, and efficient. Key Responsibilities LMS/LXM Platform Management * Administer and maintain the corporate learning platform (LMS/LXM), ensuring its updates, usability, and performance. * Upload, update, and categorize courses, learning paths, and content, ensuring standardization and accessibility. * Test and validate new features, proposing continuous improvements to the user experience. * Serve as the primary contact point for the platform vendor, tracking tickets, deadlines, and deliverables. Data Management and Analysis * Process, import, and consolidate training-related databases, including those for users and performance metrics. * Develop and update reports and dashboards for learning KPIs (engagement, completion, satisfaction, and performance). * Use Excel at an advanced level for data analysis and cross-referencing. Other Responsibilities * Issue and track invoices from T\&D vendors, record expenses in budget spreadsheets, and ensure proper classification and timely payment. * Review training materials to ensure pedagogical consistency and alignment with corporate guidelines. * Create, adapt, and revise digital content using authoring tools (iSpring). Mandatory Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree (Psychology, Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, Educational Technology, or related fields). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with budget control and invoice management. * Knowledge of data analysis and learning metrics. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal departments. Desirable Qualifications * Experience with digital content authoring tools (Articulate, iSpring, Genially, etc.). Experience in corporate T\&D, specifically with LMS/LXP/LXM platforms. * Knowledge of Power BI or Google Data Studio. * Experience with the Learning Rocks platform. * Familiarity with instructional design principles and active learning methodologies. * Experience in digital learning projects and educational UX. * Experience with the iSpring tool.
