Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Providing remote support to system users; * Receiving, analyzing, and tracking support tickets via internal tools; * Handling support requests related to PDV or ERP systems; * Managing support interactions via chat, WhatsApp, or phone calls; * Assisting with user inquiries and system configurations; * Supporting peripheral-related issues; * Updating and maintaining accurate information within the system.
