**About the Position:**
Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements in the organization's internal processes, aiming to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and optimize results. Works both strategically and operationally to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities:**
Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improvement
Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
Propose solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs, and minimize losses in production processes
Collaborate with different departments to implement improvements
Prepare reports and present results to leadership
Ensure process standardization and documentation
**Qualifications:**
Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical);
Minimum one year of experience in process analysis and improvement;
**Desirable (will be an advantage):**
Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel)
Management tools (5W2H, PDCA, Ishikawa)
Advanced English
Project management
Power BI knowledge
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology and related tools
