Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to serve as the liaison between the clinic and the accounting office, ensuring financial accuracy and organization, as well as compliance and agility. Propose improvements to administrative and accounting processes We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to serve as the liaison between the clinic and the accounting office, ensuring the accuracy of financial information and the organization of internal processes. This is a strategic role that ensures compliance, agility, and quality in the institution's accounting routine. **Responsibilities:** * Act as the focal point between the clinic and external accounting. * Perform accounting reconciliations and verify financial entries. * Organize, validate, and submit all necessary information to the accounting office for monthly closing. * Monitor tax, labor, and accounting routines, ensuring documents are complete and submitted within deadlines. * Assist in the analysis of trial balances, income statements (DRE), and management reports. * Support internal and external audits, when required. * Propose improvements to administrative and accounting processes. * Monitor area financial indicators, when requested. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences (mandatory). * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, basic dashboards, data analysis). * Prior experience in accounting and financial routines. * Experience in the healthcare sector (clinics, hospitals, health insurers, or similar) is desirable. * Knowledge of the TASY system (a plus). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
