Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in controlling activities to be carried out for interior apartment (Spot) assembly; * Control product receipt and storage; * Supervise the execution and quality of services provided by partner suppliers; * Perform minor repairs on Spot construction sites, if necessary (e.g., replacing light bulbs, hanging pictures, adjusting furniture); * Oversee the installation of marble, carpentry, and other installations within residential units; * Assist in apartment handover to customers; * Assist in inspection checklists; Requirements and Qualifications * Knowledge of reading technical drawings; * Experience in implementation projects; * Ability to interact effectively with customers and suppliers; * Teamwork capability. 2511170202461339762
