We are seeking a **Controller Analyst** to support economic and financial management, ensuring accuracy in financial data, process standardization, and analytical support for executive decision-making. * Perform critical analysis of fixed and variable expenses, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and optimization; * Monitor and analyze accounting and financial entries, ensuring proper classification and compliance with company policies; * Track and analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance (budget vs. actual), investigate root causes, and propose corrective actions; * Prepare managerial reports and presentations to support executive decision-making; * Support the development and review of the annual budget and periodic forecasts; * Participate in performance measurement by cost center, business unit, or product; * Contribute to the standardization of processes and internal controls related to finance and budgeting; * Interface with internal departments to collect data, clarify information, and align key performance indicators. Requirements: **Technical Skills** * Knowledge of accounting, finance, and controller functions; * Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis; * Understanding of performance measurement by cost center, product, or business unit; * Familiarity with TOTVS is a plus; * Strong Excel skills; * Basic knowledge of financial modeling and performance indicators (KPIs); * Desired: knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). **Behavioral Skills** * Analytical reasoning and critical thinking; * Organized with attention to detail; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Proactive and autonomous problem-solving ability; * Collaborative mindset and ease working in teams.
