Supporting operators and continuously improving processes CNC Machine Setter We are seeking a **CNC Machine Setter** to join our production team. The professional will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and releasing CNC machines for machining operations, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety throughout the processes. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and adjust CNC machines (Machining Centers and/or CNC Lathes). * Perform complete setups: workpiece clamping, tool changing, and tool presetting. * Interpret technical drawings and production orders. * Adjust cutting parameters (speed, feed rate, depth of cut). * Monitor machining processes and implement corrections as needed. * Conduct measurements using instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Support operators and contribute to continuous process improvement. Requirements: * Proven experience as a CNC Machine Setter. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical technical drawings. * Knowledge of measuring instruments. * Basic understanding of CNC programming (e.g., G and M codes). * Knowledge of metrology and dimensional tolerances. * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields (preferred).
