We seek individuals for our team who make a difference—people who leverage their talents to deliver better experiences and achieve superior results, who are driven and eager to grow in their careers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect project characteristics by reviewing blueprints and technical specifications. * Advise on selecting appropriate materials and optimal methods for work execution. * Guide the preparation of mortar mixtures—including cement, sand, and stone—by accurately dosing quantities to achieve the desired mortar consistency. * Lay bricks, tiles, masonry units, and related materials. * Construct foundations, erect walls, fences, and similar structures. * Apply plaster to constructed structures. * Perform corrective maintenance on buildings, sidewalks, and similar structures. * Assemble and dismantle scaffolding required for project execution. * Operate concrete mixers. * Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete elementary education * Experience in the role within vertical construction projects Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: Up to R$2,945.80 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
