




Job Summary: Responsible for checking, receiving, allocating, and labeling goods; loading and unloading; maintaining organized inventory; managing perishable items; recording invoices; and issuing labels. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of goods receipt and dispatch 2. Organization and control of book and cargo inventory 3. Maintenance and control of perishable items in the ANVISA room Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday Responsible for checking and receiving goods from company-owned vehicles and agents; allocating items to their designated areas according to region; identifying and measuring received products; labeling items; and loading/unloading trucks. Responsible for maintaining organized and verified book and cargo inventory with operational mobility, ensuring error-free and discrepancy-free dispatch/shipping. Responsible for storing and maintaining perishable items in the ANVISA room, recording received items' temperatures, checking pre-alert emails for maintenance, and controlling the same. Responsible for recording received invoices; issuing labels and manifests.
