Job Summary: Analyst responsible for quality control analyses of bioproducts, performing analytical and microbiological activities, maintaining lab integrity, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Perform quality control analyses of bioprocesses and bioproducts 2. Carry out analytical and microbiological activities in accordance with current regulations 3. Maintain and organize records for inspections by MAPA, ANVISA, and IBAMA **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct quality control analyses regarding purity and concentration of products in bioprocesses, semi-finished and finished bioproducts; Perform analytical activities to meet customer requirements within established quality standards and deadlines, in accordance with specifications, procedures, and current regulations; Conduct microbiological analyses of water, raw materials, packaging materials, bioproducts during bioprocesses, finished bioproducts, stability testing, bioprocess validation, cleaning validation, and analytical transfer; Maintain the strain bank; Assist in preparing culture media for the laboratory; Assist in analyses of bioproducts under development; Clean glassware and prepare and sterilize culture media for the laboratory; Operate industrial and vertical autoclaves; Record and monitor laboratory activities; Organize records for inspections by MAPA, ANVISA, and IBAMA; Perform cleaning and organization of the department and common areas; Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure personal safety and that of other employees, requesting PPE and complying with departmental safety policies; Perform other duties related to the position as required by the department or immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed Technical Education in Biology, Chemistry, Laboratory Technology, or related fields; Preferred: Laboratory experience and knowledge of quality control/microbiology.
