Responsibilities and Duties: * Provide customer service via phone, email, and other customer service channels; * Clarify inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support regarding Jamef Transportes services; * Record and track customer requests in the service management system; * Track shipments and provide up-to-date information to customers; * Ensure timely response and resolution for each request; * Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve service; * Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest actions to enhance customer experience; * Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills.
