




We are hiring a **Public Procurement and Public Contracts Analyst** to monitor, manage, and execute contracts signed with public administration bodies. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of legislation applicable to the public sector, and the ability to handle deadlines and formal processes. **Responsibilities** * Analyze, draft, and review administrative contracts in accordance with Law No. 14,133/2021 (or Law No. 8,666/93, where applicable). * Monitor contract validity, contractual amendments, renewals, economic-financial rebalancing, and addenda. * Control deadlines, guarantees, progress measurements, payments, and contractual obligations. * Interface with public agencies, municipal governments, autarchies, and internal departments. * Prepare management reports, legal opinions, and contractual performance indicators. * Support procurement, compliance, and legal teams, as needed. * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for public contracts. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience with **public contracts** and administrative routines associated with the public sector. * Knowledge of applicable legislation: **Law No. 14,133/2021**, Law No. 8,666/93, and contractual oversight regulations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Word). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capability. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with government procurement portals (e.g., Compras.gov.br, BB Licitações, etc.). * Experience with medium- and large-scale service provision contracts. * Experience with procurement documentation processes.
