**DESCRIPTION:** Work in the planning, control and monitoring of engineering project development, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and scope, in accordance with the client’s quality standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitoring of construction planning (planned vs. actual); * Preparation of weekly and monthly reports with performance indicators. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Experience with FEL (Front-End Loading) methodology and scheduling for large-scale projects; * Availability to reside in Telêmaco Borba - PR for 13 months; **DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES:** * Experience in construction planning applying Lean Construction methodology and Last Planner System routines, preferably for small hydroelectric plants (PCHs); * Knowledge of planning tools: MS PROJECT, Lean TouchPlan, Vico Control, PlanControl or LPS spreadsheets; Performance indicator control: Power BI, Power Automate, dashboards integrated with BIM; Visual communication: digital Obeya (Miro, Notion, Trello); BIM 4D modeling: Navisworks, Synchro 4D, Bentley OpenRoads).
