We are seeking a **Construction Project Coordinator** to lead the management of multiple medium and large-scale projects. This is a strategic role for professionals with extensive experience in construction coordination, systemic vision, and decision-making ability, capable of ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs aligned with company guidelines. We value commitment, innovation in construction solutions, and the development of excellent technical teams. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage construction projects in an integrated manner; * Define and structure site teams, ensuring appropriate staffing for each project; * Conduct inspection visits, closely monitoring project execution; * Analyze physical and financial schedules, tracking deadlines, milestones, and resources; * Coordinate suppliers and contractors, ensuring technical and contractual alignment; * Review designs, site reports, and cost projections, presenting results to senior management; * Develop and monitor production schedules, as well as periodic reports for the executive committee; * Ensure execution quality at all stages, from materials to labor; * Approve site logs, material and service requisitions, and monitor surveys; * Act as a strategic interface between client and contractor, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Proven experience in coordinating medium and large-scale construction projects; * Proficiency in planning, team management, and cost control; * Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict management skills; * Experience in healthcare construction projects will be an advantage; Full availability for travel * With over 44 years of history, Construtora Baggio is a reference in building highly complex corporate projects.
