We are hiring an **Occupational Safety Technician** to serve **as the sole responsible for the department**, leading all prevention, control, and training activities within the metallurgical plant. We seek someone **rigorous, disciplined, firm in enforcing regulations**, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. **Responsibilities** * Be fully responsible for the entire Occupational Safety area. * Conduct ongoing training for the entire team. * Implement and enforce proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). * Monitor production routines and act preventively. * Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. * Develop and update safety documents, reports, and procedures. * Ensure strict compliance with Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other applicable legislation. * Conduct training **Requirements** * Completed technical education as an **Occupational Safety Technician**. * Experience in the **metallurgical industry** will be considered a strong advantage. * Rigorous, responsible, detail-oriented, and firm in inspection duties. * Ability to conduct training and guide teams. * Capacity to organize the department and make autonomous decisions. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention), SIPAT (Annual Internal Accident Prevention Week), and safety performance indicator management. * Experience operating in high-risk environments. **Benefits** * **Salary:** To be negotiated * **Meal allowance:** R$ 375.00 * **Transportation allowance or fuel allowance:** R$ 290.00 * **Dental plan** (after 3 months of employment). * **Work location:** Umbará – Curitiba/PR * **Expected start date:** January/2026 * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:50 AM to 5:50 PM. * **Career development plan.** * **Safe, collaborative, and opportunity-rich work environment with development prospects.** * **Ongoing training and capacity-building programs.** Employment type: Full-time Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have experience as an Occupational Safety Technician? * Do you have experience in industrial settings and high-risk environments? * What is your expected salary, and is it negotiable?
