At our São José dos Pinhais facility, we seek detail-oriented professionals to ensure excellence in our production processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of components and vehicles at all stages of production. * Identify non-conformities, issue reports, and initiate corrective actions with the production team. * Apply quality standards (ISO 9001), statistical process control (SPC), and industrial best practices. * Monitor quality indicators (PPM, rework) and propose preventive actions. * Calibrate measurement equipment and maintain up-to-date records. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams for continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; technical training in Quality, Mechanics, or related fields is preferred. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial quality inspection, preferably in the automotive sector. * Knowledge of metrology tools, ISO standards, and technical drawing interpretation. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in special vehicles or OEM manufacturing, including use of quality management software.
