Job Summary: We are seeking a Powder Coater to perform finishing operations on metal parts, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with the company’s technical standards. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare metal surfaces for electrostatic (powder) painting 2. Operate manual spray guns, paint booths, and automated systems 3. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments **Industrial Electrostatic (Powder) Painter** We are looking for a **Powder Coater** to perform finishing operations on metal parts, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with the company’s technical standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare metal surfaces for painting (sandblasting, sanding, degreasing, and primer application); * Perform electrostatic (powder) painting on metal parts; * Operate manual spray guns, paint booths, and automated systems; * Monitor coating thickness, adhesion, and uniformity according to technical specifications; * Identify and correct defects (runs, bubbles, coverage failures, or contamination); * Mix and prepare paints according to the manufacturer’s technical data sheet; * Operate and maintain painting equipment, booths, ovens, and exhaust systems; * Comply with safety, environmental regulations, and proper use of PPE; * Complete process and quality control records; * Support preventive maintenance of painting equipment; * Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments. **Working Hours** **Shift Schedule** Start: 6:00 AM | End: 3:00 PM | 1-hour break (rotating Saturdays) Start: 2:50 PM | End: 11:35 PM | 1-hour break (rotating Saturdays) **Benefits** * Meal Allowance: **R$ 1.000,00** (based on attendance) * PLR – Profit Sharing Program (per company policy) * On-site meals * Transportation Allowance or Parking * TotalPass * Brasil Health Plan **After Probation Period** * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.700,00 – R$3.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
