Main Responsibilities * Assemble metal and steel modular structures * Interpret technical drawings and projects * Perform adjustments, leveling, and alignment of components * Use manual and electric tools (screwdriver, sander, drill, etc.) * Support welding and finishing activities when required * Verify measurements and technical specifications * Comply with safety regulations and properly use PPE Requirements * Completed elementary or high school education * Proven experience as a metal structure assembler * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings * Basic understanding of measurements, squareness, and alignment * Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience in modular construction * Fieldwork experience * NR 35 Training (Working at Heights) * NR 18 Training Salary and Benefits * Salary: 2500.00 * Meal allowance: 300.00 * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Life insurance * On-site meals * Attendance or productivity bonus: 5% * 20% additional pay for external site work (except Curitiba and surrounding areas) Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.756,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel subsidy * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
