Use of digital tools and AI in content creation \*We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the marketing department’s activities. The professional will assist in digital content production, visual material editing, campaign execution, and support in organizing events and institutional initiatives\*. ***Main Responsibilities:*** Assist in managing and updating the company’s social media accounts. Produce and edit image and video content for social media and digital campaigns. Create and adapt graphic assets for institutional and promotional communication. Draft captions, institutional texts, and supporting materials for campaigns. Support in planning the marketing calendar and promotional campaigns. Monitor interactions and basic performance metrics on social media. Organize departmental files, images, videos, and materials. Support in photo, video, and institutional content production. Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and institutional initiatives. Use digital tools and artificial intelligence to support content production. ***Requirements:*** * Completed high school education (currently studying or having studied Marketing, Advertising, or related fields is preferred). * Experience or familiarity with image and video editing. * Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro. * Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets). * Strong written communication skills and basic copywriting knowledge. * Basic understanding of design and visual composition. ***Desired Competencies:*** Creativity, Organization, Proactivity, Attention to detail, Aptitude for learning, and Ability to work well in teams ***Preferred Qualifications:*** * Prior experience in marketing or communications. * Experience producing content for social media. * Participation in organizing corporate events. * Basic knowledge of paid traffic and digital advertising.
