Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for diagnosing, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on automotive vehicles, adhering to safety standards, and continuously enhancing knowledge. Key Highlights: 1. Perform accurate diagnostics on automotive vehicles 2. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on various systems 3. Participate in technical training and updates **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break and rotating days off **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform accurate diagnostics on automotive vehicles, identifying mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on brake, suspension, transmission, engine, air conditioning, and other automotive systems/components. * Replace defective parts and components, ensuring the use of original and high-quality parts. * Conduct road tests to verify that repairs have been correctly performed and that the vehicle is in optimal operating condition. * Maintain detailed records of services performed, including diagnostics, repairs, and replaced parts, using the dealership's computerized systems. * Strictly adhere to safety standards and procedures established by the dealership and vehicle manufacturers. * Participate in technical training and updates provided by the dealership and vehicle manufacturers to enhance knowledge and skills. * Collaborate with the team, maintaining an organized and clean work environment, and contributing to continuous improvement of maintenance processes. **Requirements:** * Completed High School * Technical Course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields * Knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic systems * Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical problems * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals * Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools * Driver's License Category B **Preferred Qualifications:** * Manufacturer-specific certifications * Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles * Knowledge of maintenance management software * Skills in welding and electronic component repair * Specialization course in advanced diagnostics **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
