Job Summary: Professional required to operate, adjust, and perform maintenance on industrial machinery, ensuring production efficiency, safety, and quality, as well as training new operators. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and adjust industrial machinery, ensuring efficiency and safety 2. Perform inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment 3. Train and guide new operators, promoting continuous improvement Operate and adjust industrial machinery, ensuring efficient and safe operation; Clean machinery and the work environment; Comply with and enforce internal regulations, especially those related to PPE usage; Assist in operating steel preparation machinery and in the product manufacturing process; Conduct regular inspections to identify failures, correcting them or reporting to the responsible person; Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment; Control tools and supplies necessary for operations; Complete manufacturing documentation and production reports; Monitor and ensure final product quality according to technical specifications; Train, qualify, and guide new operators, guaranteeing safe and efficient practices; Implement and monitor workplace safety practices, ensuring proper use of PPE; Promote continuous improvement in production processes by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions; Foster a collaborative and communicative work environment; Provide support in defining company goals, when required; Coordinate and participate in sustainability and workplace safety initiatives.
