We have openings for **Junior Production Analyst**, come join our team! **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production, Mechanical or Materials Engineering; * Experience in the metallurgical industry is desirable; * Knowledge of industrial indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement; * Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI is desirable; * Proactive, systemic thinking, strong analytical ability and logical reasoning. **Main responsibilities:** * Develop process maps for different production lines; * Define critical operational and quality parameters within the process maps; * Assist production management in identifying and managing activities across each area; * Lead standardization, creation and management of standard operating procedures; * Support management in creating routines to verify/confirm execution of established operational standards; * Assist in creating and improving production reporting routines; * Support the creation of productivity and quality KPIs within production lines. **Differentiators:** * Experience in direct or indirect people management; * Experience and knowledge in powder electrostatic painting processes. **Benefits:** Meal voucher, shuttle transportation, PPR twice a year, on-site cafeteria, life insurance, co-payment health plan, pharmacy card after probation period and Gympass.
