JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in managing routine reporting from the Vehicle Plant to departments * Monitor headcount and overtime hours against budget * Control indirect production costs and contracts * Manage forms and balances of expenses authorized by Manufacturing and Finance Management * Track authorizations for warehouse item withdrawals * Monitor correct documentation for administrative positions * Support month-end closing activities, including financial provisions and accounting entries * Promote adherence to procedures and rules, ensuring Governance/Compliance/Internal Controls. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled from the 5th semester onward in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Intermediate English or French (spoken and written) (Preferred) * SAP FI (Preferred) * Spotfire; Power Apps (Advantageous) Renault values diversity and inclusion and prioritizes hiring persons with disabilities (PwD) and women.
