JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support the preparation of reports for monitoring development programs. * Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and departmental controls. * Support updating and analyzing HR KPIs (Headcount, training hours, turnover). * Assist in organizing and managing training logistics, including attendance tracking. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level English proficiency.
