Job Summary: SSM is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely handle materials, organize inventory, and support logistical and internal operations. Key Highlights: 1. Working in an industrial environment with a focus on cargo handling. **Job Description:** SSM is looking for a Forklift Operator to work in the logistics department, handling materials, organizing inventory, and supporting internal factory operations. The professional will be responsible for ensuring safe cargo transportation, contributing to process efficiency and safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate forklifts to transport materials (steel, metal structures, raw materials, and finished products); * Load and unload trucks; * Store materials in an organized and safe manner; * Replenish production lines as needed; * Verify transported materials against invoices or production orders; * Maintain and perform basic upkeep of the forklift; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and PPE requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Valid Forklift Operator training certificate (NR\-11\); * Prior experience in this role, preferably in the metallurgical industry; * Knowledge of inventory organization; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to safety. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience handling heavy cargo (steel/metal); * Experience working in an industrial environment.
