Responsibilities: * Supervise assemblers’ on-site production * Conduct inspections and verify the quality of completed work * Organize and present the teams’ **weekly schedule** * Prepare **productivity reports** * Monitor and present reports on individual assemblers’ **commissions** * Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards Requirements: * Availability for travel * Valid driver’s license (CNH) * Personal vehicle * Experience supervising construction sites or assembly teams * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills Employment Type: * Preferably **PJ (self-employed/contractor)** * Salary negotiable Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.100,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Construction Inspector (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
