Job Summary: Responsible for inventory, verification, and release of finished goods; cargo control; and forklift operations—ensuring warehouse organization and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic involvement in inventory management and finished goods stock control. 2. Responsibility for cargo release and logistics process management. 3. Opportunity to operate forklifts and ensure transportation quality. **Finished Goods Activities:** ✓ Conduct finished goods stock counts and verify daily production volume, entering values into the system. ✓ Verify stock values by comparing manual counts with system-reported figures, reporting discrepancies for necessary corrective actions. ✓ Release items blocked by production (quality) or within the system. ✓ Direct cargo segregation according to Sales Orders or creation of master shipments in Serrados. ✓ Perform cyclic inventory in the finished goods warehouse. ✓ Authorize trucks for loading by completing the truck checklist and verifying compliance with specifications (straps, wheel chocks, tarps, license plates, seals, etc.). ✓ For export processes, perform container and truck checklists per OEA standards. ✓ Verify cargo suitability for the assigned transport equipment, checking truck or container load capacity and adjusting the process if required. ✓ Confirm loading sequence and cargo positioning with drivers. ✓ Request loading, securing, and tarping of trucks. ✓ Ensure cargo and tarping checklists are completed and signed by drivers. ✓ Monitor operational loading and tarping times, ensuring vehicle release for departure within stipulated timeframes. ✓ Verify and load marketing department materials and reprinted labels. ✓ Operate forklifts occasionally, as needed. Requirements: * Completed High School education. * Forklift operator training (NR11\). * Valid Class B driver's license. * Intermediate computer skills. * Availability to work all three shifts. * SAP and data collector knowledge is desirable.
