Responsible for ensuring organization, inventory control, and compliance with food safety regulations. **Detailed Job Description:** * **Preparation (Mise en place):** Weighing, sorting, and preparing ingredients according to technical specifications. * **Production:** Assisting in mixing, preparing doughs, fillings, and toppings for bread, cakes, and confectionery. * **Shaping and Baking:** Shaping bread, cakes, and savory snacks, and assisting with oven time/temperature control. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintaining clean work surfaces, equipment, and utensils (sanitization) in accordance with health surveillance regulations. * **General Support:** Supplying the production line, packaging finished products, and assisting with inventory counting. **Common Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in this field is a plus. * Agility, attention to detail, and teamwork. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene regulations. **Key Competencies:** * Manual dexterity. * Punctuality and attendance. * Willingness to learn baking and confectionery techniques.
