Job Summary: Grupo NP is seeking a Commercial Assistant for AUTOFOZ in Foz do Iguaçu/PR, responsible for customer service, scheduling vehicle deliveries, managing test drives, and providing administrative commercial support. We are seeking a **Commercial Assistant** to join AUTOFOZ**, located in Foz do Iguaçu/PR. * Responsible for telephone and in-person customer service, call routing, WhatsApp monitoring (Reception and Technical Delivery), and supporting managers regarding service failures. * Coordinates and organizes vehicle deliveries, requests Uber for customers, and manages the schedule. * Manages test drive vehicles (check-outs, returns, cleaning, and refueling), as well as tracking complimentary services, promotional items, and commercial activities. * Also responsible for updating systems (Dealer Info), controlling and preparing Onboard Kits, organizing sales documents and checklists. **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication skills and friendliness; * Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (2-hour break); Saturday, from 08:00 to 12:00\. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Meal allowance; * SESC membership; * Life insurance; * Christmas basket; * Birthday Day Off; * Gym partnerships; * University partnerships.
