If you seek an opportunity within a constantly evolving environment offering growth, learning, and impact, this is the right place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate operational activities related to order picking (picking) at the Distribution Center during the night shift; Ensure timely completion of order picking, verification, and cargo release for dispatch; Manage operational teams (team leaders, verifiers, and pickers), promoting productivity, organization, and operational discipline; Monitor operational performance indicators such as productivity, picking accuracy, service level, and loading time; Address operational problems, ensuring uninterrupted operations and minimizing delivery impacts; Oversee the functioning of WMS systems, data collectors, and operational equipment, escalating to technical support when necessary; Plan and assign team tasks according to order priorities and delivery routes; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational process standards; Conduct alignment meetings with the team and report results and incidents to management; Manage people, including training, development, and performance monitoring of the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
