We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Analyst to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interface with the Approvals/Legalization team; * Project compatibility and analysis, engineering support; * Review urban legislation, analyze land plots; conduct technical analysis of land and feasibility, among other duties related to the position. * Prepare and coordinate architectural projects according to company standards, as well as other associated discipline projects; * Prepare feasibility studies; legal and executive projects according to company standards and applicable regulations and legislation; * Coordinate architectural projects with complementary disciplines in collaboration with the engineering team; * Design façades and zoning of common areas; * Ensure project standardization in compliance with current legislation and regulations; * Monitor project approvals at public agencies (Urban Planning, Environment, and Caixa Econômica Federal) alongside the Legalization Department; * Validate solutions and projects with Projects, New Business, Budgeting, Sales, and Construction teams; * Review and adjust the descriptive memorandum; * Develop sales materials (contract floor plans and customer descriptive memorandum). * Participate in BIM implementation; * Ensure adherence to approval schedules. * Support the development of departmental procedures, identifying potential improvements; * Monitor the project development schedule; * Report missing information, documents, or projects that hinder the architectural project development process; * Interpret municipal legislation regarding project development; * Consult suppliers and designers regarding installations affecting architecture; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Architecture Analyst:** * Degree in Architecture and Urbanism; * Proven experience in civil construction, economic housing segment; * Knowledge of technical architectural/complementary projects; * Experience in submitting architectural projects to public agencies; * Familiarity with CAIXA’s Code of Practices; * Knowledge of NBR 15575; * Knowledge of NBR 9050; * Proficiency in AutoCAD. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Revit; * Knowledge of BIM; **Additional Information** * Birthday month day off; * Paid vacation of 30 days after one year of contract.
