Job Summary: The Architecture Analyst will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and integrating architectural projects, ensuring standardization and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Analysis of urban legislation and land feasibility Responsibilities and Duties * Interface with the Approvals/Legalization team; * Integration and analysis of projects, support to engineering, * Analyze urban legislation, analyze land parcels; conduct technical analysis of land and feasibility, among other activities relevant to the role. * Development and coordination of architectural projects according to company standards, as well as other projects associated with the discipline; * Preparation of feasibility studies; legal and executive projects according to company standards and in accordance with applicable norms and legislation; * Integration of architectural projects with complementary disciplines in collaboration with the engineering team; * Development of façades and zoning of common areas; * Ensuring project standardization in compliance with current laws and regulations; * Monitoring of projects at public agencies (Urban Planning, Environment, and Caixa Econômica) together with the Legalization Department; * Validation of solutions and projects with the Projects, New Business, Budgeting, Sales, and Construction teams; * Analysis and adjustments of the descriptive memorandum; * Development of sales materials (contract floor plans and customer memorandum). * Participation in BIM implementation; * Ensuring adherence to approval schedules. * Support the development of departmental procedures by identifying potential improvements; * Monitor the project development schedule; * Report missing information, documents, or projects that interfere with the architectural project development process; * Interpret municipal legislation regarding project development; * Consult suppliers and designers regarding installations affecting architecture; Requirements and Qualifications **Architecture Analyst:** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Proven experience in the civil construction sector, economic segment; * Knowledge of technical architectural/complementary projects; * Experience in submitting architectural projects to public agencies; * Familiarity with CAIXA’s Code of Practices; * Knowledge of NBR 15575; * Knowledge of NBR 9050; * Proficiency in AutoCAD.
