Job Summary: The MAPData is seeking a proactive and communicative professional to work in a strategic position focused on customer success or sales technical support, ensuring that customers understand the value of Autodesk solutions. Ensure alignment of expectations and proper use of solutions by customers The **MAPData** is an authorized reseller of Autodesk, Microsoft, and Adobe products and services, and currently has new opportunities for professionals who wish to work in a strategic position focused on **customer success** or **technical support for the sales team**. We seek proactive, communicative professionals with strong technical capabilities to ensure customers understand the value of **Autodesk solutions**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Support the sales team with presentations and technical demonstrations of solutions; * Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions consultatively; * Conduct onboarding and follow up with active customers, ensuring alignment of expectations and proper use of solutions; * Maintain ongoing relationships with the customer portfolio, promoting retention and identifying new opportunities; * Respond to technical inquiries and support decision-making during the pre\-sales process; * Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated, high-value solutions; * Create technical materials and stay updated on the latest developments and trends in Autodesk technologies. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Technical education in AEC (Civil/Architecture). * Strong verbal fluency, public speaking ability, objectivity, and capability to identify business opportunities. * Knowledge of Autodesk solutions such as Revit, Inventor, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, AutoCAD, and other engineering software. * Valid driver's license and availability for travel (company car). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Salary: base salary to be negotiated \+ performance-based bonus. * **Benefits:** Meal Allowance \+ Food Voucher, Transportation Allowance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Dental Plan, English and undergraduate study subsidy, access to MAPData EAD platform and Gympass. * **On-site CLT employment in Curitiba/PR.** * 44-hour weekly work schedule.
