Job Summary: Tire Fleet Analyst responsible for controlling, analyzing, and optimizing fleet tire performance, ensuring cost reduction and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Supplier contact and negotiation We are seeking a **Tire Fleet Analyst** to manage, analyze, and optimize fleet tire performance, ensuring cost reduction, safety, and extended asset service life. **Responsibilities:** * Tire inventory management and control * Monitoring of KPIs (service life, cost per km, retreading, disposal) * Tire performance and wear analysis * Scheduling and control of preventive and corrective maintenance * Supplier contact and negotiation * Preparation of managerial reports and performance indicators * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal policies **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Logistics, Business Administration) * Experience in fleet and tire management * Knowledge of tire performance indicators * Proficiency in Excel and fleet management systems * Analytical, organized, and proactive profile **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with highway tires * Knowledge of retreading and manufacturer contracts Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher
