Job Summary: Manage import processes from negotiation to delivery, ensuring compliance and optimizing international logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Complete management of import processes. 2. Interaction with suppliers and international agents. 3. Document analysis and customs and tax compliance. : · Manage import processes from negotiation to final goods delivery · Contact international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers · Monitor shipments, customs clearance, and domestic transportation · Verify and analyze import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, LI, DI, etc.) · Ensure compliance with customs and tax regulations · Prepare cost, timeline, and process performance reports · Support freight and logistics service negotiations · Identify opportunities for improvement in import processes : · Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields · Prior experience in import operations · Knowledge of customs legislation and clearance procedures · Intermediate or advanced English for communication with suppliers · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel · Analytical, organized, and proactive profile : · Experience with ERP systems or foreign trade software · Knowledge of special regimes (Drawback, Ex\-tariff, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Benefits: * Medical insurance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Bachelor's degree completed (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
