Manage purchase orders from requisition through delivery, ensuring alignment with established policies and timelines. Handle import processes, including monitoring procedures, documentation, shipment, customs clearance, and logistics timelines. Evaluate and qualify domestic and international suppliers, tracking quality, delivery timeliness, and cost performance. Monitor contract and purchase order compliance, addressing deviations and proposing solutions. Prepare procurement tracking reports and performance indicators (e.g., savings, lead time, service level). Support Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Logistics departments in fulfilling material and service requirements. Participate in audit processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
