Procurement Analyst (PwD)

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement cycle, from demand analysis by PCP (Production Planning and Control) to delivery tracking and inventory optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic procurement and supplier management 2. Focus on inventory and logistics optimization 3. Single point of contact between strategic teams Main Responsibilities: * Receive and analyze demand requests from PCP (Production Planning and Control); * Manage inventory levels (ABC analysis, safety stock, turnover); * Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) with accurate specifications, deadlines, and values; * Conduct comprehensive delivery follow-up with suppliers; * Anticipate or postpone deliveries according to production needs; * Ensure compliance with procurement policies, delivery SLAs, and inventory KPIs; * Serve as the focal point between PCP, Sourcing, Logistics, and Finance teams. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed (Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields); * Proven experience in procurement within industrial or retail environments (minimum 2 years); * Proficiency in ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, Oracle, or similar) – Procurement/Inventory modules; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of inventory management (MRP, Kanban, JIT); * Experience in supplier management and performance monitoring (preferred); * Intermediate English (reading reports and emails from suppliers) (preferred).
