




Job Summary: This PCP Analyst will be responsible for analyzing MRP, planning maintenance, monitoring indicators, controlling inventory, and providing support to ensure continuous workflow and customer satisfaction. Commercial Support and Procedure Development * Position: PCP Analyst * Daily Responsibilities: Regularly analyze MRP to address deviations from the production plan and/or materials planning, ensuring continuous supply flow and preventing stockouts. Plan maintenance for machines and equipment. Reassess planning parameters, identify issues, and propose improvements. Monitor KPIs and issue alerts when deviations from the plan occur. Master production and materials planning routines to effectively propose alternatives for planning deviations. Operate the ERP system and generate procurement and production requirements. Control raw material inventory to prevent production interruptions due to input shortages; review materials planning to avoid excess inventory. Provide commercial support regarding delivery timelines. Develop procedures and work instructions. Perform weekly control of production orders (OPs). * Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills; Prior experience in production planning and control, and materials planning. Ability to map processes and manage demands. Knowledge of inventory analysis and management. Strong negotiation skills for delivery timelines with internal and external suppliers and customers. Critical mindset for planning analysis, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. Team leadership experience is desirable. * Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on profile, non-obese, analytical and planning-oriented, able to work collaboratively.
