PCP Analyst

Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and planning inventory and production to ensure process efficiency and information reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Production planning and development of production plans * Update and maintain inventory, consumption, purchasing, and coverage spreadsheets by extracting data from ERP systems and ensuring information reliability; * Perform inventory management by analyzing consumption patterns, purchase history, and trends to support supply planning and correction of deviations from planned targets; * Follow up on purchase requests with Procurement and Logistics teams, tracking delivery timelines, expediting deliveries, and identifying delays; communicate impacts and adjustment requirements; * Run MRP based on production scheduling to identify line bottlenecks and raw material stockout risks that may compromise the production plan; * Analyze production bottlenecks and material shortages jointly with the Supply team, evaluating delivery timelines, internal transfers, and impacts prior to any rescheduling; * Assess purchasing needs considering lead time, inventory policies, storage capacity, cost, stockout risk, seasonality, supplier performance, and active contracts; * Assign purchase requests using available tools (Excel, RDA, ERP), ensuring standardization of information such as item code, description, unit of measure, quantity, delivery date, and delivery location and usage; * Monitor inventory coverage throughout the month, comparing it against the initial forecast and analyzing variances to define corrective actions; * Analyze alignment between purchase requests and actual supplier deliveries (quantity, delivery date, and delivery location); * Plan and develop the production plan based on the Master Production Schedule and sales evolution, considering cost, setup sequence, economic lot size, number of setups, customer service level, and production capacity; * Evaluate impacts related to waste, replenishment, and storage space, maintaining constant communication with involved departments to prevent deviations; * Deliver the production plan to area leaders via digital or printed format, clarifying questions and reviewing suggestions for adjustments when necessary. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in PCP, production planning, or related areas; * Knowledge of MRP, production planning, and inventory management; * Experience with ERP systems and intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with analysis of inventory, coverage, and consumption KPIs; * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively across multidisciplinary teams. * **Experience in the beverage or food industry will be considered a plus.** + · Benefits * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Allowance or Commuter Pass; * Dental Plan; * Parking; * Totalpass; * Discount on company products.
