Continuous communication with partners, suppliers, and carriers **Operations Analyst** **Job Summary and Company:** Yolo is supporting one of its clients operating in the online retail e-commerce sector. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the entire operational journey: pickup, transportation, arrival at partner distribution centers (CDs), and delivery to marketplace fulfillment centers. * Receive commercial team requests via system (Trello format) and engage the replenishment team for load assembly and dispatch. * Maintain continuous communication with partners, suppliers, carriers, and marketplaces to ensure process fluidity. * Submit required documentation to carriers and marketplaces as needed for operations. * Resolve logistical issues such as delays, incidents, discrepancies, and delivery failures. * Monitor stock shortages, investigate root causes, and contribute to control improvements. * Oversee end-to-end pre- and post-sales operational flows, ensuring adherence to SLA. * Support organization of spreadsheets, internal reports, and operational records. **Requirements:** * 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, freight carriers, or related fields. * Experience with order management, SLA monitoring, and interaction with drivers, carriers, and customers. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with frequent interaction with carriers, administrators, and logistics partners. * Basic Excel knowledge (spreadsheet organization, recordkeeping, and tracking). * Pursuing a degree in Logistics or Business Administration is preferred. * Organized, dynamic profile with strong problem-solving agility and effective prioritization ability.
