Job Summary: Senior Process Analyst to work on improvement, modeling, and automation projects, with a focus on performance optimization and decision-making support. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in process improvement projects, from requirements gathering to implementation 2. Process modeling in BPMN and identification of opportunities 3. Facilitation of workshops and productivity and automation studies Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related fields; * Experience as a Senior-level Process Analyst, working on process mapping, design, and redesign, continuous improvement, and performance; * Proven experience in Process Improvement projects, applying methodologies; * Knowledge and experience using Bizagi software; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in indicator management (KPIs and SLAs); * Experience in project management; * Preferred: experience in process mapping within Finance, Maintenance, and Logistics areas. Responsibilities: * Participate in process improvement projects, from defining the future-state vision through implementation and monitoring; * Model processes in BPMN, identify opportunities and gaps, and develop action plans; * Develop and implement project management methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards; * Facilitate workshops and conduct productivity, improvement, and automation studies; * Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decision-making; * Monitor performance indicators and establish internal controls for process optimization; * Support organizational change management and team capacity building; * Analyze data for volume and time studies of activities, evaluating automation possibilities; * Draft process specifications, procedures, and other supporting documentation.
