Continuous training and support **Supply Chain Analyst** **Join DVN Ferro e Aço!** We are looking for an organized, analytical, and committed **Supply Chain Analyst** to join our team and directly handle **procurement, inventory, purchasing, and logistics management**, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and strategic support to the commercial and finance departments. If you enjoy **processes, control, and execution**, this position is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Convert approved budgets into purchase and sales orders in the system; * Issue and track work orders and internal orders; * Issue electronic invoices (NF-e) for both incoming and outgoing transactions, verifying fiscal data, taxes, and commercial information; * Monitor inventory inflows and outflows, ensuring accurate system updates; * Conduct periodic physical inventories, stock verifications, and necessary stock adjustments; * Monitor material flow among purchasing, inventory, logistics, and billing; * Verify supplier invoices and support the material receiving process; * Organize and maintain up-to-date documents, spreadsheets, and departmental records; * Support the Commercial, Finance, and Administration teams with operational supply chain information; * Ensure compliance with internal processes, deadlines, and company standards. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields; * Prior experience in **supply chain, logistics, inventory, billing, or industrial administrative routines**; * Experience issuing **electronic invoices (NF-e)**; * Proficiency in computer applications, especially **Excel** and ERP systems; * Must reside in **Curitiba or its metropolitan area**. **Desired Profile:** * Organized and detail-oriented; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines; * Ability to follow established processes and standards; * Proactivity in identifying and correcting inconsistencies; * Discretion and ethics when handling fiscal and commercial information; * Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks; * Collaborative mindset and commitment to company results. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in **inventory control for steel products**; * Basic knowledge of **steel (galvalume, carbon steel, coils, sheets)**; * Basic fiscal knowledge (CFOP, ICMS, CST); * Prior experience in industrial, metallurgical, or steel companies. **Additional Information:** * On-site work at the finance office; * Continuous training and support to facilitate adaptation to DVN’s internal processes; * Dynamic, structured work environment offering growth opportunities based on performance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 18:00** (1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch). **Resumes lacking complete information or contact phone numbers will not be reviewed.** **Gross salary.** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: Starting from R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
