Support in training, development, and onboarding The company seeks a Senior Human Resources Analyst in Quatro Barras (Center). **Responsibilities:** Operate across the main Human Resources subsystems. Focus on recruitment and selection, and onboarding. Monitor metrics, support the drafting and updating of internal policies, and implement training, development, and new employee onboarding initiatives. Provide administrative support to the HR department and handle additional tasks as required by business needs. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, Organizational Development Analyst, or HR Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
